applied DST patches per Field Notice 62571, but our TimeOfDay Call center script still had the call center off by an hour this morning...yet the servers shows the correct time.
Any ideas?

Have had a few as well, rebooting the server seemed to clear it up for now.

I had the same problem. Unchecking "Automatically adjust clock for DST" and clicking OK corrected it for me. I have not re-enabled it to see if the problem returns.

Thanks for your post....that is what fixed my issue. Has there been a TAC case opened on this?

It appears that it is absolutely necessary to reboot the IPCC server following the Java updates. If you only restart the CRS Engine, some of the JRE's will not pick up the correct DST offset.
