Does anyone know how licences are used in IPCC 4.5?
ICR port 150
standard 69
Maximum 300?
does this mean 69 are used from 300 allocation?
Found in control management - under licence information
any ideas - many thanks

I am assuming the first line reads "IVR" not ICR, this basically means that you're licenses for 150 IVR (CTI) Ports and 69 standard agents, where the maximum agent count is 300.
Esentailly you can have up to 69 concurrently logged in agents/supervisors at any time.

Hi
First of all thanks for the reply and yes i meant IVR!
That makes sense, but isnt there anything on IPCC to say how many licences are available or used etc?
e.g. if 69 standard can be used, how many are curretnly used from that allocation?
Many thanks in advance

Sorry, there is not. The only thing close to it is real time montior that will show you how many agents are logged in, which means this is how many licenses are in use.
Other way is to look at the logs.
