When an agent is logged in (either using CAD or IP Phone agent) are they allowed to still get calls (non-call center related) to their ip phone? In my scenario, there is only a single DN defined on the phone (do not want to define more DN's). For example, if an agent is logged in, can an outside call from PSTN still be dircted to them? Or by the act of being "logged in" are outside calls not permitted reach agents phone?
thanks

Being logged in does not preclude a DN from being used for either inbound or outbound calls, so should they would be allowed to get such calls.
