I have an issue with all of my  IPCC CTI route points. The issue is affecting all internal UC Manger [8.5.1] users. For example, an internal user dials 2020 [hits the CTI RP] and immediately the user sees the called number  as a 2 or 3 digit number. How can I maintain the 2020 on the internal calling parties display? Thanks in advance.
Thanks for your reply. So, there is nothing I can do so that Users don't see the DN of the CTI route point? They are 2 and 3 digit numbers/not DN's. Once the user dials the DN it immediately transforms, thus confusing the user and leading some to hang up.
