Trying to find out about auto dialing on IPCC/CVP Enterprise 7.x. We want to auto dial and provide a pre recorded message to our customers. I have gone thru the outbound user guide for ICM/IPCC Enterprise. But when I get to the configuration part, those options do not appear in my Configuration Manager. Is the outbound auto dialing not a standard feature of ICM? Also, if I missing where I should be looking, please let me know.
