IPCC Enterprise

Agent was on a call with a customer when she heard a beep and suddenly found herself talking to another customer.

The first customer appears to have been dropped.

We are using IPCC Enterprise version 7.0

The most likely cause for this could be that the ICM scripts are failing to find a skill target which will cause a default route to be taken. In some scripts, the waiting time can be too long and may exceed the max default script node of 200. Change the MaxNodesExecuted in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/CiscoSystemsInc./ICM/IPCC/RouterA/Router/CurrentVersion/Configuration/Script from 200 to 500 and reboot.
