IPCC Error: Directory Services server unavailable

We just upgraded our Call Managers to 4.1(3) from 4.0(2)sr2c. Now our call center agents are unable to login to their CAD and getting a directory services error. Any ideas?

Did you upgrade the JTAPI on the IPCC server after the CCM update? DCDirectory service started on CCM (if using DCD for LDAP)?

To do IPCC JTAPI Update

On IPCC server, Start -> Programs -> CIsco -> Cisco CRA Administrator -> JTAPI update tool (or something close).
