IPCC Express: Not able to generate Historical Report

Hi,

We are using IPCC Express. I need a help regarding Historical Report.In CRS Historical Report, when we try to run the report "AGENT STATE SUMMARY BY AGENT" for particular month, it gives a pop-up message saying- "There is no data for this date range". We tried for other date and time range as well. But result is same.

Please help me out!!

1) Make the network share available to everyone with read/write access.

2) Save the reports to local hard drive. Then copy the files to a network shared folder
