2 CCM cluster (CA and CB called)unified via Intercluster trunk and data network where CA have all IPCC infrastructure (PG, CVP etz)and CB have two 7940 phones/ agents that I need registrer in IPCC Queue on CA.
My doubts are:
1-Have I register the two phones/agents on the CA (Callmanager and PG) ?
2-How do the manual registration of the Phones? Have I disable the DNS or DHCP?
3-How create the mobiles agents?
4- What ports need to be open for the CB phones will get register on the PG,talking about ACL?
