Hi,

We have 2 IPCC Express in HA mode.One is primary and other is secondary and now we want to keep both are at different location with different IP subnets.So can we keep both the IPCC Express servers in different IP Addresses? IF yes ,then what are the challanges?Please help.

Hello Gurav,

This kind of the deployment where you have one server in one location and the second one across the IP WAN, is supported until UCCX 8.

You could find this information in the SRND for each UCCX version.
