Hello all. I have a couple of questions Id like to ask. Im wondering first, is there a good IPCC upgrade guide? and two, is there a list of all cisco call center versions and their names at the time? It seems like they change the name of what I know as IPCC alot. Anything out there like that?
In its initial stages this product was named CRA (Customer Response Applications) through the CRA 2.x and 3.x Trains, this then evolved to CRS in the CRS 4.0 Release (Cisco Customer Response Solutions) and of course now it is known as IPCC. Both names, CRS and IPCC are still used and interchanged which, of course, can be very confusing :) Here are some good related docs;

Thank you Rob. This does help and clarify. Its very confusing why Cisco changes the names to anything. Maybe marketing strategy, not sure, but still confusing to me since I come in in the middle of changes, look back and think Ive missed something. Anyway, thanks.
