IPFX phone system, recently upgraded to office 2010
the users use IPFX phone system, which has an add-in in outlook, so
when you open outlook 2010, a little IPFX window pops up asking for
your extn and pin number.
I have recently upgraded the users from office 2007 to office 2010
they are on a Windows 2007
both office and windows are 32 bit
deleted all temp files, uninstalled and reinstalled IPFX and office 2010
removed all occurences of IPFX from the registry
ran windows update and ms update
java is up to date
disabled UAC
sorry and the issue is
when they log into IPFX when going into outlook, outlook crashes
they do have an option to cancel going into IPFX when logging into
outlook and if they do that, outlook is fine, but they need to use IPFX as well.
if i log into my pc as the user, no issue with IPFX
if I log into the users pc as myself, no issue, it appears directly
linked with her profile on that PC....
