I am using IPMA proxy.My problem is that call filter does not seem to work.
My managers phone displays filtering down.I am not sure how to bring call filtering up.I have enable exclusive
filtering.From the managers phone
I went services IPMA phone services.
filter on.In the exclusive filter tab
I programmed XXX7751004. When I call from a phone that has a caller id of
6617751004 the call still rings the managers phone.Need help

Is your route point regsitered ?
Try restarting tomcast service.
Are you logged into the assistant console ?

My CTI route point will not register. What would cause this?
