i have configured IPMA in proxy mode everything is ok and fine except one thing. it is that Divert all does not work, when toggeling Divall on assistant application or on manager's phone it appears with the correspoding arrow to appear in Divall mode, but it does not work, once any one called the manager CTI forwards him directly to the manager..
did any one encounter like this problem ...
i did restarted CTI RP and IPMA service with same result
If you have both call filtering and DivAll enabled, Cisco IPMA first applies call filtering to an incoming call. Call filtering directs the call to you or to your assistant (depending on filter settings.) Next, Cisco IPMA applies DivAll to those calls that filtering has directed to you. The DivAll feature redirects those calls to the DivAll target.
