IPMA does not work with manager userId modified

We have Callmanager 4.0 integrated with Active directory.

For some users, we have implemented IPMA service.

When the userId of one of the users acting as Manager is modified in the Active Directory.

When we try to mount the IPMA with the user with new userId, it does not work.

Does anyone know what could be the problem?
