I've set up IPMA with 2 7961s. The majority of the features seem to be working, ie., the call alert on the managers phone and the intercept feature, however the filter doesn't take affect. The inclusive number does not route to the manager's phone when the filter is turned on. Also, the CTI Route Point doesn't route the call to the manager's phone when the IPMA service is unavailable or if the assistant is offline. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
Maybe there is mistake in your partition or calling search space configuration. Please make sure that the calling search space for call forward is the same as the proxy line. also for call forward, you should config "call forward no answer".
