IPMA Manager Intrcpt Softkey is not working whenever someone dials the managers line it sends an alert to the manager phone and rings the assistants 7960 but when the manager pushes the Intrcpt Softkey to intercept the call nothing happpens.
I have restarted all the appropiate services but still nothing.

You may try checking CSS.
Which CUCM version?
Also if CSS is ok, try uploading cucm traces and let us know call details, calling number, called number (assistant) and manager DN.

I have managed to find the problem but not able to resolve it.
When the assistant has logged in all the calls get directed to her like it should but when shes logs out, all users get a busy when they call the Manager DN. I checked the CTI route point mapping to the Manager DN is registered fine.
The sequence of my configurarion steps I performed are found attached please can you read them and check if they are correct.
