We have IPMA working (mostly) on UCM 7.02 - the route point answers the calls and the redirect key works to send calls to the assistant. Assistant watch sees when the assistant is on or off the application.
DivertAll and Intercept on the manager phone are not working at all.
Intercept and Redirect on the assistant phone are not working at all.
The phones are all 7962s.
Where should I start looking to troubleshoot this? I've compared everything with the installation guide & it all appears to be in order...
