just installing IPMA in Proxy mode and everything is worling great with the exception of call filtering. all other features are working great but filters are not working no matter what.
for example, if i say id like to have an inclusive filter for patter 23xx and i take a phone 2300 and call the manager it goes directly to the assistant. as a matter of fact once i have filter calls on all calls it directly goes to the assistant.
after some investigation and looking at the AC logs im seeing the issue. im using my Unity as the Autoattendant and it forward the voicemail DN (7XXX) to the IPMA RP as the caller id and then i see the actual caller id number. Ive tested the filters by placing 7XXX as the patterns and the filters work perfectly.
therefore, the question is now, is there anyway to not forward the Voicemail DN's but the actual calling party number?
