IPMA softkey issue

Hi all,

I am having a problem using phone configured for IPMA. DND is working but I can not use other softkeys like Divall.

Using CCM6.0. Tried to use the assistant console to try and activate the keys but it gives error User not allowed. tried to reset the password to 1234 but it still does not work.

Any ides why this is so.
