IPPhone 7911 language

Hi all,

i have a CCM 4.1(3)sr5d.

and i have 7911, 7912, 7940,7960,7970 IPphones.

all the IP phone are in frensh language except the 7911.

hoever i specify french language in config, it's always in english.

how can i change the 7911 ipphone to start with french language.

Last week i found the same problem. but i updated my language package to the latest version. rebooted the CM4.1(3)SR3a and after the reboot i checked. the phones configuration.

It says than you current language settings.

The end user confirmed it was in Dutch as it should be.

Maybe you solved it already otherwise i hope you think this helps to solve your problem :)
