IPT WAN Deployment Issues

Hi,

I have centralized call manager with CCM 7.0.2 with all branch routers with SRST. I have RSVP configured along with QoS. In HO i have succesfully registered the gateways as MTP also...

But in Branch i am facing some issues...These are listed below:

1. Conference is not happing between Central Site & Branch.. (Branch IP Phones & Central location iP phones are on different Devie Pool, Location, MRGL, CSS, Partition)..Local conferecne within branch is happening..

2. On SRST mode no incoming as well Outbound Offnet calls are not going through.....

Is this a new installation or upgrade? Has this ever worked, if yes then what has changed?

When in SRST mode can you run the following to check that the voice-port is going into fallback mode properly?

show ccm-manager

debug ccm-manager

Also collect the following debugs:

Debug voip ccapi inout

debug ephone detail

debug isdn q931

Hi,

SRST is now working fine...But the problem is with Conference...

I have multiple device pools (as i have many locations) based upon various regions & locations..My CCM software bridge is in DC-Device Pool where as a branch is in Branch-Device Pool....The issue coming is: A phone whhich is in a Branch (& a part of Branch Device-Pool) can't do conference....Can u help in this...
