Is call hold, transfer and conference available during CCM failover

Guys,

Are Hold, Transfer, and Conference services available when CCM failover ocurs on an active call. Can the user whose call remains connected initiate hold, conference or perform a transfer on that call. I read if a call was put on hold and failover occurs, the held party will no longer hear music on hold. Is that correct..

Assuming the server where the MOH server is also the CCM server you're failing over and the IPVMS also failed or the server crashed then yes.

But as long as you have IPVMS or HW CFB and the proper MRGL config for failover all should work once the failover is done
