hi, i had to change the sip port that the cme uses to establish sip connections, the new port is 5061, so i want to know if in the cue, could i change that port?

Yes, you can. Try the following commands. Keep in mind the port for your CUE module could be different.
router#service-module service-engine 0/0 session
cue#conf t
cue(config)#ccn subsystem sip
cue(config-sip)#gateway port 5061
