I have two CUCM clusters connected by an H.323 inter-cluster trunk. Cluster A is integrated with UCCX and has 40 agents. I would like to place a few agents on Cluster B. Is this possible? Alternatively, is there any support for remote agents using PSTN connectivity to POTS phones?
I am faced with the same scenario: we already have a working uccx + cucm and we need to add a cucm cluster with some of the agents being moved to the new cluster. Were you able to sort out whether a single UCCX instance can manage agents on different UCM clusters?
You can't have some agents on another cluster, because UCCX only supports a single CUCM integration. You can however make them a "remote" agent, and use the Finesse web-based agent instead of the CAD agent client
