i have CUCM 6.0 cluster and we should use a recording software that works with analog port.
We connect CUCM with recording software through some ATA and seems to be work correctly: the recording start when the user invoke the call canference with the number configured on the ATA but the recording don't stop when the party hangup.
This seems to happen because recording software need a busy tone to stop the call recording, but when the party hangup no tone are generated by the call manager.
There is a way to simulate the classic busy tone (such as analogic PBX) with Cisco Call manager?
