Is this call feature possible with Cisco IPT?

Hello,

A client wants to have the call feature below. I am wondering if it is possible with Cisco IPT.

When a call is connected and the user is talking, if a second call coming, the user wants to see the second call on his phone but the second caller will receive busy tone and /or can leave a voicemail.

The client said he saw this feature somewhere else. I doubt.

This CUCM version: 6.1

IP phone: 7971G

Any ideas?

YEs, he can use Direct transfer to VM or Inmediate Divert (IPMA) but he needs to do it manually

If you're using Unity voicemail, there is a feature called Message Monitor which allows a user to see a call on the screen that has gone to voicemail, listen to the caller recording the message and take the call if they would like. Not exactly what you were asking, but it might do the job.
