ISDN CALL ARE BARRED error on PRI

I have connected configured a PRI trunk from cisco to nortel option 11c.

Call manager config has been done and gateway has been config as MGCP , but during making outbound calls i am getting the " ISDN CALLS ARE BARRED ERROR message.

Any help will be appreciated...

I had the exact same outputs and symptoms but with Telco who gave me wrong information about the PRI switch type. Try changing the PRI switch type and see if the problem goes away.

In our case we had to change the switch type from primary-ni2 to primary-5ess.
