ISDN error while in SRST

Testing SRST on a mgcp gw/cm423 combo. Inbound calls, I recieve ISDN Se1/0:23 **ERROR**: call_progress: DEV_CONNECTED VOICE ERROR: Bearer capability not available(0x3A): b channel 0 call id 0x4

In normal operation, no problems. Any thoughts?
