Hi There

We have an AS5850, with PRI's to the PSTN, this then routes calls to the CCM 6.0 server. When doing an ISDN debug error, I get the following:

025908: Dec 9 09:55:09.147 UTC: ISDN Se0/0.1/5/2:15 **ERROR**: call_incoming: c

all id 0x1171 call treated as DOV

025909: Dec 9 09:55:09.159 UTC: ISDN Se0/0.1/5/2:15 SERROR: process_pri_simple:

NO name in GTD

025910: Dec 9 09:55:09.367 UTC: ISDN Se0/0.1/1/1:15 SERROR: isdn_get_name_from_

gtd: false ret

Havent been able to find out what this means?

Are all incoming modem callers disconnecting, or only some? Do the users train up completely and then get disconnected?

Is this a new config? Has it been working or problematic?

Please send the debugs of incoming problem callers.

debug isdn q931

debug modem

debug modem csm

debug ppp nego
