ISDN layer 2 flapping

Hi All,

I have a problem with an isdn circuit layer 2 and have been through other postings but none have helped so far.

I'm from the US and don't get to see E1's very often, but the last time I saw behavior like this, I had to have the Telco change the port out that they were using on their switch and it resolved the problem. Have you tried anything with the Telco yet?

I have changed BRI card but still showing below logs

Kindly check the PIN-OUT to be used. Make sure the cable connected is according to the recommended PIN-OUT. Also if there is any working cable, you can try that as well.

Check the framing and CRC set from the ISP and configure it acordingly on your side. Try to bounce the framing on the controller. 

Provider can also check on their end too.

dont waste any time, book it out to the telco. have them test mdf/idf
