Hello,
Hopefully I've posted this in the correct forum. I'm trying to figure out how to troubleshoot a PRI with the phone company. They want to know what channel a specific call is on to assist in troubleshooting. How can I determine this?
Any help that anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Steve,
In the gateway in which the PRI resides, you can issue the command "debug isdn q931" and term mon to see the output on the console.

Along with this command, you may find it helpful to use the "show voice call summ" and "show call active compact" While the call is connected.
