I had an issue on a H.323 Cisco 3845 gateway running on c3845-advipservicesk9-mz.124-20.T1.bin.
Today suddenly i couldn't call out through my PRI but was able to call in.
I ran debug isdn q931 and saw this error.
Feb 12 07:44:28.671: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 **ERROR**: call_setup_ack_proceeding: NO HDLC available b channel 30 call id 0x8928
Feb 12 07:44:28.671: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: TX -> DISCONNECT pd = 8 callref = 0x09A0
Cause i = 0x80A2 - No circuit/channel available
After i rebooted the VG, the problem was gone. Is this a bug ?
What was the root cause of the problem ?

Likely a bug, to tell, the complete trace would be needed.
If you want a stable release, try 12.4(11)XJ4.

12.4(20)T and 12.4(22)T are both very unstable in my experience.
TAC is recommending 12.4(15)T8 at the moment.

But i need a minimum of 12.4(20)T to run srst 4.3/7.0. Cause i'm using 7945, 7965 and 7937G.
So if i downgrade to 12.4(15)T8, my SRST wont work.
