issue with Attendant Console enterprise edition

Hi All,

we are using CUCM 7.0 with enterprise attendant console. when operator transfer incoming call to internal IP phone, the IP phone doesn't ring, but caler hears ring back tone. after caller hears ring back tone, it's going to be silent and he can't hear greeting message when calls forwarded to Voicemai but he actually is able to leave messages on the voicemail.

any suggestion would be very appreciated.

I believed you open a TAC case with us and issue was your MTP.
