Hello,
I'm running IOS Version 15.0(1)M5 on a Integrated Router C1861. I'm trying to activate CDR without success.
I've followed the procedure: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/voice/cdr/developer/guide/cdrcsv.html#wp1160244 and check as well that the current IOS is supporting "Call Detail Records (CDR) Comma Separated Value Format with FTP and Flash storage".
The CDR file is not created on ftp neither in flash. When I'm running a debug it shows "WARNING: gw-accounting fact not enabled. return."
gw-accounting file
primary ftp server1/cdrtest1 username eflocali password test
secondary ifs flash:cdrtest2
maximum buffer-size 15
maximum retry-count 3
maximum fileclose-timer 300
maximum cdrflush-timer 245
cdr-format compact
I could provide more information about the configuration if required.
Best regards,
Message was edited by: Antoine Boyer I've added the full configuration of the router in attachment. I've modified the 'gw-accounting file' configuration to get the information on flash only (minimum configuration set). Still no success.

Hi Antoine,
Take a look to this bug: CSCtb72550
MF:Call Detail Record File not created in FTP Server
Symptoms: Call Detail Record (CDR) files pushed via FTP are not created on the FTP server.
Conditions: This symptom is observed when the gw-accounting file command is configured to point to an FTP server.
Workaround: Push the CDR records locally to the flash instead of to an FTP URL
