Issue with Inbound calls

Hi, I hope somebody can help me out. I am using a H323 gateway (Cisco 2811) connected to an ISDN 30. I have full outbound connectivity from the Cisco phone to the PSTN. Ring tone etc is present.

When I call inbound to a specific IPT phone from the PSTN the cisco phone rings however the PSTN has no ring tone just remains silent.

I have checked the network connectivity between the phone and gateway, gateway and call manager etc. All appears to be fine. With the Cisco ringing there is clearly some connectivity present.

Try

Configure the 'progress_ind setup enable 3' Cisco IOS command under the voice dial-peer # VoIP configuration in the Cisco gateway/router

I do have this enabled and it does not appear to be working still. Thanks for the suggestion!
