Issue with PRI

Hi All, I am currently facing issue with PRI i can do only 1 outgoing call at time , Service provider tested call on PRI tester its work fine.

Issue with PRI

What is your setup like? can you give us a brief description of your call flow and include all the elements in it.

Also send us the ff:

1. sh run

2. debug voip ccapi in out

3.debug isdn q931

Issue with PRI

below is the debug isdn q931

Only 1 outgoing call is working & if i try other then call reaches to receiver number but then no voice hear at both end

Hello Vijay,

That seems to be the problem:

%FLEXDSPRM-3-TDM_CONNECT: failed to connect voice-port (0/1/0) to dsp_channel(0/0/1)

Could you provide the output of 'show voice dsp' command? Also 'sh inv' and 'sh run' would be useful.

In addition to troubleshooting by Mr. Andrew[+5],can u share show voice dsp group all and show inventory/show diag as well?

Hi issue get resolved after the reload. but its a workaround......

You'd better open the case with TAC then, it seems to be the hardware/software problem, not the configuration related thing.

Hi Vijay,

You can run the command show voice dsp group all and check the State of DSP.[UP/FAIL] when u face the same issue again.

There are a couple of defects with this same behavior. What is the current ios?
