Issue with SRTP Calls when it passing throush SIP Trunk to Recorder Server
Hi All - We enabled SRTP for the 7942 Phones, When there is call between two phones (Internal Phones) which is in G7llulaw its showing UDP data as 176 Bytes header.
And the same phone is enabled for recording which is passing SRTP streams over BIB to recording server which is communicating through SIP Trunk whereas in Recording server end we are getting only 172 bytes
The same is happening for G729 where we are missing 4 bytes header info at Reorder server which is passing over SIP Trunk and getting only 32 instead of 36 bytes header info
SIP Trunk is enabled for SRTP allowed with 5061 and SIP Security Profile is also configured with Encrytped/TLS with 5061
Certificate Exchange info is happening successfully between CUCM and recorder server and we tried different option in Phone secure profile still its same.
Can you please let us know alternate way to trouble shoot this.
