I'm new to callmanager, just getting my head around things. I have a CM 8 set up in a VM and two 9971s. My objective is to get the phones up and registered and make a video call between the two. I switched on auto registration and the phones aren't coming up. Status on phone shows TFTP TImeout.
I've tried static config of the phone in CM before i tried auto-registration, didn't work then either
I've tried both on Voice VLAN configured ports and on a flat network
I have no DNS on the network and so i changed the server name to the IP of the server
i've set option 66 & 150 on DHCP to the IP of the CM
