it is possible to have configured INTERCOM between two branch CUCM 8.5

Hello Santiago,

I am assuming that you are talking about Intercom that would be two branch/cluster (different). as far as i know intercom is supported only within the cluster, since these are special numbers and shall not work with your requirement.
