jabber for Android is not working after registration

Hi All,

on our CUCM; jabber on iPhone is working but jabber on Android is not working after registration (registered and gets disconnected ). Please kindly help

Versions?? and what phone is this?? Android version??

Jabber Version 9.1.5

Phone CIPC 8.6

Registration is successful but immediately gets disconnected

Android 4.4.2 in a Nexus 5,

Android 4.4.2 in a Nexus 5, Jabber 9.6, it is logged in via VPN, I can dial, but no communications at all. I do have jabber 9.6 in an iPhone 4s and it works fine in the same WiFi and same VPN configuration
