Java exception when using Real time monitoring tool RTMT

Hi All,

While trying to use RTMT tool , I got the following message " java.utils.missingresourceexception can't find bundle for base name org.apache.exerces.msg.XMLmessages, locale fr_FR "

I got this message either in a english version windows XP as well as a french one.

Any suggestions to fix this ?

I recently saw the same error message when trying to login to RTMT using wrong username. Make sure that the username you are trying is active and enabled. I'm curerntly using ccmadmin for access to RTMT and have no problems, but if I enter wrong credentials get the same error message.
