JTAPI Error

Hi,

I have installed Cisco JTAPI application for windows for call recording in windows server and configured it.I can ping from both CUCM and Call recording server.

But I am fcaing an error that when I try update the user locale it showing "Cannot update locale : TFTP server is not reaching ".

Please help me for resolving it.
