Hi
We r having CCM 4.0(1)with CRS 2.0 2.13
Getting JTAPI OUT OF SERVICE when we try to start the engine.
Checked the event viewer getting reason code -1932787616 ---> Convert to HEX - FFFFFFFF8CCC0060 pointing towards CTIERR_DIRECTORY_LOGIN_FAILED=
What can be done for the above?

In the CRA trace i'm getting
MIVR-SS_TEL-3-UNABLE_REGISTER_CTIPORT:Unable to register CTI Port
%MIVR-ENG-1-UNK:This notification signifies a run-time failure has occured
Bu the JTAPI user and CTI port assosiation is OK
Kindly suggest

Hi Madan,
Try these steps to see if anything changes:
- Make sure the CTI Route Point is also associated with the jtapi user.
- Disassociate then re-associate the CTI ports with the jtapi user
- Restart the CTI Manager service
