# key in Dial Plan for SPA3102

This is the situation: I have two SPA3102 linked together. Let's call them A and B. In A i connected a PABX line, while in B there's a regular phone.

To make calls outside (Phone --> SPA B --> SWITCH --> SPA A --> PABX  --> PSTN) i have to dial the NUMBER KEY (#), and at this point is where the problem comes up. One of the devices, i believe the B one, automatically gives me a busy tone, hence ending the call.

To be more precise what i have to dial in B is, for example, "#3456", and it has to come out exactly like that in the port line of the A device. I have to dial that as a personal account, in order to get access to the PSTN lines.

I cannot tell what dial plan i have since i change it every 2 mins in pursuit of a solution.

Could anyone of you please help me?

Thanks! Best regards.
