Key ip phone 7970

Hi,

I have a question, how to program a key on ip phone 7970? There are some button near the screen and I want to program a specific key to dial a number.

For example if I press this button I dial the number 100

You need to specify if this is connected to a Cisco CallManager, CallManager Express, or some other system (or standalone) as a SIP phone. Also, if it's a Cisco call control server, what version.
