Does anybody know why in only one users within a Company (at least that is what Administration VoIP said to me) the keypad in a CUPC has disappeared, presence status is running fine, only falis the keypad, which is lost.

Hi Ivan.
On CUCM, check if Primary extension is selected on user configuration page.

Thanks for your quick answer and sorry by my delay in answer you.
After review all into the user , line, CSF and so on, all seems be fine, but still the keypad is lost.
A colleague say me that could be a TFTP issue , or something else but we see the state connected in the CUC.
User says "when i try to talk to other user a windows appears with the error ´Function not available´ "
Any idea where could be the problem??

Hi ivan,
Try to logout and login again for that client and check the health status from that CUPC.
Also is it a softphone or deskphone?
