We have call center with Cisco IP phones connected to the PC. Some of the PCs are half duplex and cause problem on network. Is there way to enable lamp on certain phones via CCM so that technican can go to the PCs attached to the Phones and change the network card setting?
This method requires that you have MWI configured. There is only one but that you should be aware of, which is if the phone in question would have the message waiting indicator o because of an unread voicemail this message would turn it off.
