The problem that I am encountering is that AD is only populating the global directory with 1 telephone number per user. It is either the telephone number or ip phone whichever I choose when setting up the ldap intergration.
How do I add a mobile phone (cell phone) number to the global directory for a user?
The other phone fields are populated for every user in AD. I did ask the AD administrator to add users with the mobile phone number in the telephone field of AD but they didn't want the extra burden of doing that every time a user leaves or for new starters.
