We have just completed a AD sync with CM. This has brought up over 1500 users that inactive and I know that we now have a 24 hour period to fix these or they will be deleted.
I have a few questions and would appreciated any assistance -
1, Am I able to extend the 24 hour period before users are deleted.
2, Am i able to pull the list of users that are inactive
3, Is Call Manager time stamped for the 24 hour clock. ie if I change the time and date of the clock on our test server will that delay the 24 hour clock.
